A wonderfully crispy snack made using potato skins. These can be crisped in the oven or air fryer and seasoned with your favorite seasoning. Don't throw those potato skins away. They make a great snack!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peels from yellow potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp chili lime seasoning

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Meanwhile, put potato peels into medium-sized mixing bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil and season with salt. Place potato peels on a baking sheet line with aluminum foil. Or use air fryer liner if cooking in an air fryer.
  2. Bake for 8-10 minutes until slightly puffed, golden, and crispy.
  3. Remove from oven. Season with chili lime seasoning immediately. Serve.
